About Paul Jubb Fireworks
The eponymous founder of Paul Jubb Fireworks graduated in 1969 with a degree in chemistry, and was
employed as a chemistry research technician until 1985. Having both a
life-long love of fireworks, and practical experience of working for several
larger firework display companies, the decision to start his own company was
made in 1986.
The objective was to give large public display demonstrations to people with limited space and/or finance. This involved sourcing specialist material and developing a firing kit and technique to allow us to operate in a wide variety of sites.
Paul Jubb is a member of The Institute of Explosive Engineers, and as well as running the display business, lectures in Fireworks and Pyrotechnics at Loughborough College and Bearwood College, the Merseyfire and Rescue training School, and The Fire Service Training College at Morton-in-Marsh
